COMPANY HISTORY
Tanne’s History began in early 1972 as a Construction ,Engineering and export firm .founded to do work in the oil fields of the Western United States . Its principals in 1978 formed an International Marketing Partnership with a Swiss Company, Stag Ag. in Switzerland., The US Company was called ETI and was owned by the principals of Tanne .The representation and consultancy in a marketing relationship lasted several years and involved export of engineering technology, technical goods , construction products and supplies to Africa and Asia. The relationship worked very well and in 1982 it eventually developed into a joint share holding of a new Swiss company, for the purpose of export of new technologies in these fields Internationally. Though ETI in the USA and Asia continued, the American Company’s interests in this Swiss company were eventually sold to the Swiss partners which continued operation as a separate company, ETI Umwelttechnik Ag. The US Companies continued their work in the Petroleum Technology Fields and grew in the export of raw materials for industry ,while continuing special projects in the oil and engineering fields.

INTERNATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
The Early American Company, and its daughter companies were involved internationally in Chemical Waste Management, High Tech and Industrial Export . This included design and supply and construction of resource recovery facilities, to the export of portable housing for emergency and long term housing needs. We provided engineering services and exported Water Treatment equipment for both potable water to water treatment plant equipment for industrial plants to municipalities along with petroleum products to Nigeria, Singapore and Pakistan .
Special projects included environmental, industrial and petroleum chemical services internationally. Our daughter company, Environmental International, Inc. (EII) was at this time an EPA ( US Environmental Protection Agency ) and local government approved and permitted high- tech Chemical Waste treatment company. EII’s EPA Permitted main plants and facilities were in Kansas City USA . It also had permitted facilities in Denver Colorado and Washington State . These companies were owned, operated and also founded by its principal. The ETI/EII organizations served over 450 Electrical Power Companies and 32 Oil Companies . These names included Kansas Power and Light to Southern Cal Edison in the USA to CalTex , Mobil Oil , Texaco, and Standard |Oil Internationally . Services included environmental , remediation ,to chemical trading and transport to waste disposal . In the minerals industry - the companies provided environmental services to coal mining operations in Missouri to heavy metal decontamination Internationally at the copper and silver mines owned by the Anaconda Corporation . The company was involved in special projects from the Uranium mines and facilities of Atlas Minerals to Union Carbide’s Mineral facilities in Colorado.
In 1982, when ETI of North America office was formed , it participated in research and development in special engineering projects to Asbestos engineering . WE managed and engineered the decontamination for Denver’s International Airport for the City of Denver Colorado, to the Government of New Mexico, Dioxin decontamination in one of their schools in New Mexico.. The company also represented international firms in project management and off shore facility acquisition, to include acquisition risk analysis from Italy to Indonesia. Our offices in Nevada served as a Chemical Emergency responder and remediation company for the Southern Pacific Railroad, the Highway Patrol for State of Nevada, UPS ( United Parcel Service ) and many others. In 1987 WE received “the “Prestigious Industry Award from the Governor of Nevada” for its work in the environmental field with petroleum and mining companies within the state , local governmental fire and police departments. and heavy industry.
The American company grew rapidly between 1982 to 1990 into numerous project and corporate offices in other states in the USA, and in Asia. These daughter companies operated in special engineering and export markets as Environmental Technologies International, ETI Group International -, and ETI of North America, and ETI Group International NZ. They performed specific Engineering management functions, traded in Petroleum Products and continued mineral development to metal extraction
The company participated in engineering investigations in Colorado and Utah for Uranium/Radium contamination and completed the investigation and engineering for solutions for the largest of the contaminated Denver Radium Sites in Colorado USA -
The companies Principal provided environmental awards to individuals at the Waste Management Institute, in New Zealand, for study papers “on the best solutions to local environmental problems” to special environmental scholarships at the University of Missouri Geology department, USA.

Tanne GmbH a Swiss company and ETI Holdings Ltd. still supports Local International Project offices to serve their clients, locally in the host country. We usually participate as partners to solve local problems. Past offices included a joint venture with Westinghouse Asia, in Singapore, Motor Columbus in Germany and CalTex in the Philippines The work accomplished over the years used a broad range of scientific and engineering technology, supply of products and partnership networks of experts through our own companies and trading services.
Tanne GmbH , a Swiss Company and Tanne Petroleum Corporation a USA Corporation are owned by The ETI’s Company's principals still partner with individuals and companies on a technical consultancy basis and help clients in the development of their New Technologies worldwide. Tanne is still very much involved with petroleum engineering, project management and crude oil and petroleum export. Working from Switzerland , the USA and Emirates,serving the Americas, China, and Africa, we continue to provide and sell raw materials, petroleum products and crude oil .
Tanne Petroleum was formed as a USA Corporation to focus totally on refined petroleum products. Based in Houston Texas as a USA Corporation it operates its own fuel blending operations and formed realtionships with suppliers and Refiners. to allow expansion of the Company and their facilities to greater serve the US domestic and International markets. In 2006 Tanne companies acquired an interest in other petroleum related companies which serves industry in fuels, oils and petro chemicals.
Currently we can produce gasoline blends and Marine Diesel and often have specialty petrochemical products available for the international market.
